Quiet N Scottsdale area. Nearby: The Kierlands Westin, The Princess TPC/Phx Open, Mayo Hosp., WestWorld, Barrett Jackson, Cactus League Venues, Scottsdale Qtr, Historic Cave Creek, Talking Stick and Casino Arizona, Super Bowl Events. Sedona is 2hrs N. A great locale with a welcome feel, large (unheated) pool and patio. Great for business travelers or visiting your AZ family. I have 2 chill cats - the super friendly Leo and his shy buddy, Hamish. The space My house has an open floor plan in the common spaces. Completely remodeled in 2021. Your bedroom has a new Cal-King Airframe, 95% waveless ( minimal movement ) waterbed mattress and a private bathroom with a large walk in shower, great water pressure and a safety bar on the wall. This bedroom does NOT have cable TV but does have a Samsung Smart TV and a DVD player, a selection of DVDs and a large library of books, magazines and local interest reference guides. There is a 3 speed ceiling fan, as well as AC. I have a desk and chair in place for a comfortable workspace. There is ample room in the walk in closet for you to store your luggage and a small refrigerator for water and your own supplies. There are extra pillows, blankets, hangers in the closet. The dressers are empty for your usage. The backyard is completely private with 6-foot block fencing, the pool and yard were remodeled in 2021, also. Make yourself comfortable inside or outdoors. Unfortunately, the pool is NOT heated! Guest access You are free to make yourself comfortable anywhere in the common areas and backyard and pool. There are pool towels, lotions, floats on the patio. There is a comfortable outdoor sofa, 2 dining tables, lounge chaises and candles and/or string lights. There is a small fire pit and a patio heater for the cooler months. During your stay I'm available to answer any questions about my house and the surrounding areas. While l love to get to know new guests, I'm respectful of your time and schedule. I have made a list of several nearby restaurants that are fun, tasty and most have a great happy hour menu. There are several brochures on Sedona and some other maps and guide books to hiking trails and other fun things to do. Let me know what you are interested in doing and I will point you in the right direction. Other things to note The TV in the bedroom and living room is streaming through wi-fi. I have a large selection of DVDs and a huge library of books and music. Free Netflix and several others for you to access. There are towels outside by the pool for your convenience. There is a water cooler in the pantry [ Arizona tap water isn't the tastiest ] There is a spare refrigerator in my garage if you need additional cold storage.
