The space This spacious 2 KING BR, 2 BA condo is in a great location, easily accessible to downtown Nashville. It is located halfway between 5 Points and the Titans Stadium/Pedestrian Bridge (10 minute walk to each). Historic Edgefield is a beautiful turn-of-the-century streetcar neighborhood, easily accessible to downtown Nashville. Within a 10 minute walk, you'll find the Titans Stadium, 5 Points, a craft brewery, and TONS of restaurants and bars. It has all of the amenities of home, including a full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and k-cups coffee maker. It also has a washer & dryer, WiFi, TV, iron & board, and hair dryer. Outside, there's a deck with a table and chairs. We professionally clean before each guest. Guest access The entrance is located along the right side of the building. It is the last door on the side. The door has an illuminated keypad lock, facilitating a late-night check in. Regular keys are also available. Other things to note We are very close to Nissan Stadium and traffic can be difficult during Titans home games. We can show you alternate routes.
