We welcome couples, solo adventurers, and families to come experience Sedona to the fullest! Please note we have a no pet policy for the convenience of future customers. The space Included in this charming home are two bedrooms, two baths along with a brand new open kitchen, living room, and large dining room. Plenty of space to park in the front circular driveway. Retreat to relaxation outside on the wrap-around deck - perfect for reading, socializing, and relaxing! This home is part of a large house and serves as a guest house - but rest assured you'll have complete privacy and serenity for you and all your guests. The home is located just minutes from popular destinations within town, several hiking spots (you could walk right out the door and start a hike within 5 minutes!) and plenty of restaurants and dining experiences. The space comfortably hosts 4 people - but comes with a pull out bed and sofa couch - easily accommodating 6-8+ people comfortably. Guest access You'll have access to the entire front portion of the house, completely private and over 1,200 square feet of living space. Other things to note - We are full time chocolatiers of a local chocolate company, so you'll be sure to indulge in a nice assortment of our organic chocolate made right here in town - be sure to check on the dining table when you begin your stay! We have dependable high speed internet access throughout the entirety of the home - you'll have no problem streaming Netflix or getting work done at your business friendly Sedona home away from home.
