The house is located in the North East section of LA, bordering on South Pasadena. This ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) has been inspected and upgraded to all New Safety Codes for approval certification in May 2022. Many new options were also added for your comfort: Brand New Large Refrigerator, New Air and Heating Mini-split.
