A charming private suite, perfect for chilling out. Private patio and bathroom, minutes away from beach access, and a great walk to the pier. Surfing is accessible at beach close to the house, at San Onofre, Trestles, Doheney, etc. A profile picture and verified ID is required prior to accepting a reservation. The guest suite has recently been remodeled and some furniture has been rearranged. The space The space is on an ocean front street, steps to beach and beach trail access. Suite is part of the main house but separated by locked doors, ensuring privacy. Guest access Private entrance via a keypad to a first floor suite that includes a private bathroom, deck area, and an outdoor hot shower. Parking is at the curb in front of the house. Other things to note Small refrigerator and coffee machine provided. No microwave or toaster available. Beach towels and beach umbrella available. Sprinkler activates every morning.
