The Dragonflies' Lake house sits on the shore of Pigeon lake, surrounded by nature. Just minutes from Bobcaygeon & Buckhorn, trendy little towns with small boutiques & restaurants, or spend the day at the beach, just a 5 minute walk from our back door. A dock is provided for boaters and there is a boat launch available on the adjacent park. The space You will be staying in our newly renovated bungalow which features : 2 carpeted cozy bedrooms ( 1-4 guests), or 3 bedrooms ( 5-6 guests ) 2 with lakeview, 1 garden view, bathroom, kitchen, living room and den/exercise room. The master bedroom has a wonderful view of the lake; slip in to a luxurious pure latex custom made queen size bed & have the best sleep every night. Second bedroom also overlooks the lake, and includes a restful latex mattress. The third guest room is outfitted with a double-size bed, with calmed views of the seasonal nature surroundings. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, comes with plenty of pots, pans and platters, serving utensils, grilling tools, full set of chef knives, 2 grill stove with oven, and dishwasher. We keep the fridge and pantry stocked with any condiment you need: Olive oil; butter; salt, pepper; hot sauce; BBQ sauce; mustard; ketchup, mayo; spices; among others Dining table for 6 + 2 eat in kitchen. Take pleasure in the stunning lake views from the living area through the large bay window. Warm up on those cold winter days with our cozy automated propane fireplace, along with a TV and gaming consoles for your enjoyment. Attached exercise room for the perfect workout, tv & stocked library. The wrap around deck is equipped with a propane BBQ for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. Additionally, this property has its own private dock which can accommodate 2 boats. Our 4 season Lake house sits right on the shore of Pigeon Lake and is great for groups of up to 6 people. Private, relaxing, romantic, and exciting! Enjoy splendid star watching and nature walks, great for fishing and water sports enthusiasts in spring and summer, portrait-worth nature displays of foliage in the fall, and gorgeous white winter surroundings, within close access to the local snow mobile trails (Make sure to hold the proper permit).
