Other things to note Important Guest Information for Your Stay We are delighted to welcome you to our luxurious holiday home park lodge style caravan—a serene and high-quality retreat. To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests, please note the following: 🚫 House Rules - STRICTLY no parties, events, hen or stag gatherings – This is a peaceful retreat designed for recreational purposes. PLEASE REQUEST COT AT TIME OF BOOKING SO CLEANERS AND LEAVE OUT FOR YOU. - No pets or animals permitted due to family medical allergies. - No BBQs, Smoking, Vaping or Candles allowed on the balcony decking or inside the accommodation at any time for safety reasons. - No charging of e-cars or e-bikes, Scooters or any other vehicle via the caravan’s electrical supply at any time. 🛎 Amenities & Extras - Spa & Entertainment Passes can be purchased at the holiday park reception. (As of May 2024 approximately : £13 per person for 1-6 days, £15 for 7+ days). - Additional free parking available at the holiday park’s private designated car park nearby, monitored at night by security patrols. -Very occasionally maintenance may have to carry out repairs during your stay. Notice will be given if that is the case. -Sometimes there maybe noise as it's on a holiday park especially during high season, school holidays. 🏡 Accommodation Details - Size: 40 x 14 ft – Spacious & cozy for a comfortable stay all year around. Hive thermostat controlled heating for warmth. - Wrap-around decking – please be cautious, as it may be slippery when wet. - Supervision required – No child or infant should be left unattended inside or outside the accommodation. Please ensure all cupboards and drawers are observed with small children due to cutlery , glassware etc. - Lock windows & doors – Due to strong coastal winds, please secure windows and doors when open. 🔐 Before You Depart - Double-check for belongings – We are unable to store or return lost items. Anything left behind will be taken to holiday park reception, where guests must arrange collection themselves. - All damages in the holiday home will be charged at the cost of repair. 📍 Spa Reception Details: Balance Spa & Health Club run independently please contact them directly for opening hours. Please note:- - During peak times facilities on the holiday park including spa/restaurant and parking maybe busy. - During Low Season (October to March) the holiday park restaurant / bar / entertainment services maybe closed.
