There is one covered parking spot under the building and the condo features a washer/dryer and small balcony. Its located right across the street from Durango Joes coffee shop as well as Durango Natural Foods Coop. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King with Ensuite Bath-Second Floor Main Living Space - Queen Blow up mattress (w/pump), Main Floor This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
