Studio like apartment room. The room is 3 inches from the front door and around 6 inches from the bathroom and then divided from the rest of the apartment. Once in a blue moon you will see myself or my daughter leaving or entering the apartment taking a shower but we work around the guest for shower time. The room is very very extremely private. There is a mini fridge, microwave, deep fryer that can rotisserie a chicken and a Keurig with all things needed for coffee. I wash and return the dishes The space Basically this room is set up as a studio apartment. It is a large room for Manhattan and it has a kitchenette, memory foam type lounge chair, television and a table to eat or workspace. The bed is a very comfortable queen size bed with a regular but plush mattress and an often washed pad on it. Guest access Studio like apartment room. The access is to the room front door and bathroom only. During your stay I'm almost always home and would love to have a conversation but I will leave it up to you. I don’t want it to feel intrusive but please don’t ever hesitate to ask anything! Other things to note There is fabulous Riverside Park 2 buildings down. Famous Riverbank State Park 3 blocks into Riverside Park. Busy Broadway is 1 building away with tons of new pubs, bars and restaurants.
