An elegant villa situated in a secluded area of Kea island. A unique residence that combines captivating charm and comfort within its beautiful gardens and surroundings overlooking the eastern coastline of the island w/magnificent views over Aegean sea. Self catered and high quality establishment providing comfort for leisure staying, built in 3 levels with spacious unique designed rooms providing privacy in each level. All terraces offer breathtaking views over the serene landscape and the sea. The space The villa is built in three levels with spacious rooms. The interior is comfortably furnished with art and concept into detail, in absolute balance with nature and the Cycladic islands scenery. Recommended as an ideal getaway for relaxation in a peaceful setting, hidden from the island passages. On the upper level the house features the Master Suite that consists of a Bedroom with its own private bathroom, wardrobe and kitchenette. Master bedroom windows offer breath taking views of the surroundings and the Aegean sea. There is a large comfortable bed, consisted of two single beds. The suite has also direct access to two private terraces with spectacular views. Also, adjacent to Master Bedroom there is a secondary room w/2 single beds that may accommodate 2 children. Following the staircase down to the mid-level there are the main living areas of the villa and a fully equipped open plan kitchen as well as another two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other with two single beds. Next to single beds room in the hallway there is a bathroom with stand-alone shower. Down to the lower level there is another suite with a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom in the hallway. The screen door from the bedroom leads to a private veranda in the garden and its private sitting area. Also, on lower level there is another tiny bedroom and a WC at the end of the hallway Upper level and mid level bedrooms are equipped with ceiling ventilation fans. On lower level the feeling is so fresh even during hot summer nights so the screens remain closed and fan use was never considered necessary Please note that upon departure there is an Extra charge of Euros 15.-per night to be paid to the property owner regarding Climate Change Fee (TAKK). Guest access Our guests are welcome to all amenities provided in the house Other things to note All terraces are surrounded by low walls in order to offer open views over the landscape - For Safety reasons Please be very cautious and watch children when playing in the terraces Please consider all safety precautions when using fire or BBQ outdoors.
