Our home is just 5.5 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, an easy base for concerts, hiking, and everything the venue has to offer. We’re close to Green Mountain trails, Union Square dining, light rail, downtown Denver, and I-70 for quick mountain access. Guests enjoy a private bedroom, attached living room with a queen sofa bed (sleeps two), private bath, and kitchenette. Our 2,400-sq-ft home is comfortable and relaxing, whether you’re here for adventure, rest, or both. The space Bedroom: The private bedroom is a spacious basement retreat, approximately 260 square feet, featuring a dedicated workspace with a desk, a TV, and individual room temperature controls for your comfort. Living Area: Connected directly to the bedroom is a private living area with a TV and a queen-size sofa bed, providing additional space to relax. Private Bathroom & Kitchenette: Adjacent to the living area is a separate private room that includes a newly added private bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower, as well as a remodeled kitchenette. The kitchenette features a sink, mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and electric kettle. This space is exclusively for guest use and is part of your private basement suite, eliminating the need to go upstairs for bathroom access or basic meal and beverage preparation. Private Basement Suite: Your private basement suite totals approximately 375 square feet and includes the bedroom, living area, private bathroom, and kitchenette, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind during your stay. Kitchen: Guests have full access to the main kitchen. We also provide grab-and-go breakfast items for your convenience. Laundry: Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer during their stay. Laundry detergent is provided. Outdoor Space: Relax in our spacious backyard, the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, unwind, or browse the internet. Guest access Guests have full access to the kitchen and laundry room. During your stay My husband, son, our very friendly 9-year-old Labrador, and I are happy to interact as much or as little as you prefer. We’re always available to answer questions or help with anything you need during your stay.
