Private & quaint Cottage home with large yard in the heart of Hixson, literally 5 minutes to anything in the area, including TVA Chickamauga Dam, and 20 minutes to SQN. Home is located on a quiet lane with just a few homes. Vandergriff Park & Hixson Ball fields are located just down the hill. The space There are 2 Bedrooms, each with Queens beds that will be rented INDIVIDUALLY with a SHARED restroom in between. Both rooms are average size, one is slightly bigger. First come, first serve!!! Beautiful setting at the end of private lane...can't go wrong with this new and freshly remodeled home with a modern feel. Note: Due to the home staying rented, we have not had time to close off the walls yet in the purple room where the twin bed is. It is an open room (old dining room) at this time adjacent to kitchen.
