Welcome to our wonderful historic home, renovated with great affection and located between Gloria and Santa Teresa, two of Rio's most charming neighborhoods! Here, you will be just minutes from the city's main attractions, such as Lapa, Santa Teresa and Flamengo Beach, Santos Dumont and the American Consulate. In addition, we have easy access to the metro, supermarkets, pharmacies and the famous Glory Fair on Sundays. The space Our second-floor private suite offers everything you'll need for a comfortable and memorable stay: Independent entrance, ensuring your privacy. Spacious room with double bed, air-conditioning, fan and Smart TV. Minibar, coffee maker, sandwich maker and work desk. Fast Wi-Fi and Ethernet point for those who need to work or connect. Private bathroom with hot shower and hairdryer. Guest access Covered balcony on the third floor with microwave, iron and washing machine (available to guests at an extra cost). Outdoor corridor with garden, perfect for relaxing. During your stay We're always available to answer questions and offer local tips. We live downstairs, so you'll probably find us in the hallways. Our goal is to make sure your experience is amazing! Other things to note Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas. Visitors are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected. Use the air-conditioning from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with windows closed. Additional charge for excessive use of air-conditioning.
