Studio for 4 people on the ground floor with south-facing terrace facing hole no. 18 in a quiet residence, free access and close to the aquatic complex of the holiday village (5 swimming pools with slides) open from 04/29 to 09/15. Everything is within walking or cycling distance. Close to the port and Veillon Beach. Numerous activities possible in and around the residence (children's playground, mini golf, tennis court...) The seaside resort of Les Sables d'Olonne is 9 km away The space The accommodation is equipped with: - a living room (1 sofa bed (2x90) and a 1 person sofa), a TV, a table and 4 chairs - a kitchen open to the living room (glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, mini-fridge, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle...) - a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. - a cabin in the entrance with 2 bunk beds - a terrace with garden furniture. Sheets and linens are not provided. Duvets and pillows are at your disposal. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by you before your departure (products available) Security deposit of €400 for furniture and security deposit of €100 for cleaning. No pets allowed. Guest access The Water Park is open from 04/29 to 09/24. During the low season, swimming is unsupervised and the slides are not open. On the other hand, during July and August, swimming is supervised, the 5 pools are accessible and the slides are also accessible. Other things to note Bed linen and house linen are not provided. Duvets and pillows are at your disposal. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by you before your departure (the products are at your disposal). Regarding toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and garbage bags, we provide them to you upon arrival, but it is up to you to replenish them for the next tenants.
