It has; 1 super king double room with en-suite toilet & wash basin, wardrobe space and drawers; a twin room which can also be made into a double, with further wardrobe & drawer space; a fully fitted kitchen/diner with all necessary equipment, fridge freezer, oven , grill and hob, utensils, pots & pans, kettle, toaster etc, lounge has seating, tv, electric fire, & additional oil radiators, outside decking area with table & chairs, washing line and private parking space for 1-2 cars, the caravan has views to sea with stunning sunrises & sunsets. A short walk to the prom with all its facilities and attractions or to the nature reserve which is a must for dog walkers, bird watchers, history & nature lovers alike. With nearby Langard Fort & museum, Martello/ Napoleonic towers and Martello Park which is a large space for children of all ages. Guest access There is a swimming pool on site and club facilities with food drink and entertainment. Other things to note The caravan is non smoking and no fires to be lit near the caravan itself, however on the beach is fine.
