Beautifully renovated house with easy outdoor living spaces just a short walk from the beach. The space Summer rentals (weeks in July and August) are Saturday-Saturday 7 day rentals. 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house (about 1700sf) with central air on a double lot. Beautiful 3 season porch for relaxed dining or sunset cocktail hour. The couch on the porch converts to a bed for 2. Plenty of outdoor areas to eat and relax. Beach is a 0.2 mile walk, or use the private turn-around and parking lot. Access the Rocky Neck State Park or the private beach from the same entryway, or enjoy the park's hiking trails. Bedroom one is a master room with adjoining shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 come with a sofa bed that converts to two singles or a king-sized bed. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed. Den can be used for extra sleeping space. Garage access for all 3 bays will be available. There is also an outdoor shower with ample space to wash off the salt and sand. The association has a park with playground equipment, tennis courts, basketball courts, and bocce lanes. There is also a club house that is available for rent if you want to host a large gathering, and a boat launch. Please note that it is shallow at low tide, and skiffs will need to return by about mid-tide (depending on the boat's draw). Kayaks can get in at any low tide except around king tides. 4 Mile River Boat Launch is 3.3 miles away, or Niantic Bay Boat Launch is 5.1 miles. Avoid 4 Mile Launch if you plan on accessing around dead low. Niantic Bay can be used anytime! Other things to note There is no on-street parking per association rules. Please park in the driveway or on the grass if necessary.
