Villa El Rodal, where you will enjoy your vacation

We started our journey in vacation rentals with a lot of ENTHUSIASM. We built this house in 2021-2022 for those who want to discover CANTABRIA. Do you want BEACH plans? There are some. The space It's a newly built house. The first floor has open spaces. If you have to cook, you won't miss out on the rhythm of the conversations in the dining room. And so everyone can help. What we wanted to achieve is a family-friendly and open house. We continue on the first floor where there is also the living room and two closed rooms that are the bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. This is the only room that has access to the garden. We go up the staircase, which is open. -We plan to put a net but we have not done it yet so the house is not recommended for children under 8 years old. - And on the second floor there are three bedrooms with single beds and two bathrooms. Outside the house there is a porch and a garden. Garden with oaks called Cagigas in Cantabria. The plot is not closed, you will not find fences or walls (therefore we do not accept dogs). It is limited by plants that will grow. We didn't want to close it because we want to give continuity to the wooded area that we have. When you come, you'll see it, you'll feel it...
