This is our private Santa Fe style guest house on one acre of an historic Highland Avenue estate which we renovated in 2019. We are just down the street from Kimberly Crest Mansion at Prospect Park and a short drive away from downtown Redlands, ESRI, Redlands Community Hospital, University of Redlands and Loma Linda University Medical Center. (Strict: no pets allowed and no guests under 26 years old. ) The space Our multi-level completely detached guest house is at the back of our property away from the street. It has private patios and its own private entrance from the parking spot on the drive way. The house is perfect for a couple but can sleep up to two more (addl charge pp > first 2) on the full size sofa bed in the office/study/entertainment room. The 2019 remodel included a new indoor kitchen to replace the outdoor covered kitchen. and new bathrooms. The front yard north of the hacienda is for the private use of our guests. It is perfect for meandering along the path in the "redwood forest". Our unit is fully stocked with amenities and includes hi speed Wifi, central air and heat. There is a smart TV in the Office/Study and one in the family room. An Ethernet plug is in the family room and not in the office. The TVs are equipped with a Roku streaming devices which can be used with YOUR OWN accounts (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, or cable streaming service as there is no cable service in the guest house). The LG washer and dryer are in the master suite bathroom. There are two fire places for our guest's enjoyment, one in the extra living room/office room and another on the patio off the kitchen/covered BBQ area. Guest access The back house with its patios and the west side of the yard ("redwood forest" area) is for our guests. Occasionally we hosts will water the trees in that area. Other things to note The pool/jacuzzi/main house patio is not included in the guest house usage.
