The Berger's Ski and Swim Bungalow is perfect for a romantic getaway or quality time with the family. Cozy up in front of the fireplace in the spacious family room after a long day of skiing or join in on fun activities in the lake's lodge. The newly renovated master bedroom has a private entrance, vaulted ceiling and a cozy sitting area. Pet Friendly! The space This place is the whole package, 3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a pull out couch and 2 stow away twin mattresses. If you are a close group or family then you could technically sleep 10 people max. If everyone in the group wants privacy, then we only suggest only 6. Guest access Our guests are treated as family, you will have access to the whole home and outdoor space. A full kitchen with a brand new Range, a brand new washer and dryer, an updated bathroom full of towels and toiletries. Other things to note Do we have Linens you may ask! The house will be complete with clean towels and linens. Are there any additional costs? Arrowhead is a Gated Community with that there is a $20 transaction fee and a $15 per vehicle fee. Gate cards are NOT interchangeable between cars. We will cover the cost of the transaction fee and the first vehicle, any other vehicles will be on you. There is an additional LATE CHARGE for vehicles NOT registered at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival. Arrowhead Lake also requires wristbands in order to enjoy their various amenities. ALL Summer are REQUIRED rentals to purchase an amenity bracelet for all people 12 and over, this charge is $8 per person per day. Amenity bracelets are not required during winter rentals. If you want to bring a furry friend, you will have to pay an additional $20 for the first pet, and $10 for the second. Two Pet Max. What's in the Kitchen? The Kitchen is fully stock including a Stove/Oven, Fridge, Coffee Pot, Crock Pot, Blender and Toaster. Are there any Supplies?! We try to keep the kitchen stocked with some of the small necessities but we cant Guaranteed what is there. There will be Coffee and Tea!
