In a quiet vacation residence, our 42 m2 T3 house, completely renovated, with PRIVATE parking, can accommodate 4 people. It has a small garden with garden table and chairs. The residence's swimming pool (open 06/15 to 09/14, unheated) is 30 m away. The house is located 250 m from the beach and the GR34 and a 5-minute walk from a park with children's games... Rothéneuf shops are 1 km away: bakery, supermarket, creperie, restaurant, bar, deli, pharmacy. The space Our house consists of: - on the ground floor: a kitchen stay and a toilet - upstairs: 2 bedrooms and one bathroom NOTE: - Bed linen is provided free of charge (disinfected at each wash) and the beds are made upon your arrival - Toilet linen can be rented 8 euros per person: 1 shower sheet, 1 towel and 1 glove washed and disinfected. - beach sheets (80 cm × 160 cm) can be rented €4 per person - baby equipment is offered for €20: umbrella bed 120 x 60 cm with mattress, mattress pad and fitted sheet, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, dishes, bibs - the residence has a locked bike storage. - Senseo coffee pods, tea bags, garbage bags, tea towels, hand towels, soap are provided free of charge HOUSEHOLD FLAT RATE: - You have the option to purchase the cleaning package starting at €45 (€45 for 2 nights; €48 for 3/4 nights; €50 for 5/6 nights; €55 for 1 week; €60 for 2 weeks) or to return our accommodation to us clean with a THOROUGH cleaning. - In both cases, the garbage must be emptied, the vacuum cleaner passed IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED: - non-smoking house - Pets not allowed - Arrival from 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and from 5:30 pm on other days -Departure at the latest at 11am - PARTIES PROHIBITED Guest access Weekdays: check-in from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: check-in from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Other things to note Our rental is located near Pont Beach and Pointe de la Varde in Saint-Malo.
