Hey we get it. You’re away from home working long hours and the thought of going back to another noisy, dreary motel room just doesn’t get it. Enjoy the entire house with comfortable furniture, queen sized bed, high speed internet, and cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with several new appliances. Wash your clothes in our new washer and dryer and park your car in the attached two car garage. We have recently purchased the house so most of the furniture and several of the appliances are new. Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed, full closet, chest of drawers and attached guest bathroom. Pleasant Hill is our summer home. Generally we will be in Florida during your stay, but we have local resources available to assist if the need arises. You will find our neighborhood to be very quiet and not yet fully developed. The homes on Pipers Pine were designed and built with seniors in mind. Our home shares a common wall with a super friendly retired couple so be sure to say hello when you see them. Pleasant Hill is a short 12 minute drive East on Route 718 from Interstate 75. Experience light traffic and few traffic lights or stop signs. We are close to shopping: Meijer is 6.9 miles, 11 minutes Kroger is 8 miles, 12 minutes Walmart 7.3 miles, 11 minutes Other destinations: City of Troy, 11 minutes City of Greenville, 20 minutes Dayton International Airport, 24 minutes Miami Valley Hospital, 30 minutes 32 minutes from University of Dayton Retail development in Pleasant Hill is limited, however I’d recommend two things. You will find the Dollar General to be surprisingly well-stocked and the pricing to be reasonable. Indian Pizza is Pleasant Hill’s only eatery but the quality is quite good. Our favorite is the Club Sub. Favorite restaurants of ours include: The Caroline in Troy. Great food, great atmosphere and great staff. Harrison House in Tipp City. The Portabela Swiss Burger is a favorite. Hinders Sports Bar and Grill in Tipp City. Absolutely the best wings I’ve ever tasted!
