The kitchen is fully equipped. Wash your clothes in our washer and dryer and park your car in one-half of the attached two car garage. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of one bedroom and can park in one-half of the two car garage. Other things to note Retail development in Pleasant Hill is limited, however you will find the Dollar General to be surprisingly well-stocked and the pricing to be reasonable. Favorite restaurants of ours include: The Caroline in Troy. Great food, great atmosphere and great staff. Harrison House in Tipp City. The Portabela Swiss Burger is a favorite. Hinders Sports Bar and Grill in Tipp City. Absolutely the best wings I’ve ever tasted! Dos Lunas in Tipp City, an outstanding Mexican Restaurant.
