The Cutting Mount Panorama

The Cutting is a country retreat with 7 bedrooms & 6.5 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 20 people. The unique position of this house on the corner of The Cutting, on the iconic Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit, offers unparalleled private seclusion. The house on 5 acres has beautifully landscaped gardens & north-facing views over Bathurst. It offers easy 24 hours per day access during race weeks. We have a solar heated magnesium pool, tennis/basketball court & football size field. The space Set over two levels, The Cutting, with ducted air-conditioning accommodates up to 20 people across 7 Bedrooms. Upstairs there is three bedrooms: (1) the master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bathroom (including bath) and walk-in closet; (2) a bedroom with queen size bed with ensuite bathroom; and (3) bedroom with king size bed with ensuite bathroom. Downstairs is another three bedrooms: (4) a bedroom with king size bed; as well as two bedrooms (5) and (6) each with two bunk bed (king single and single bunk) with trundle bed available, and (7) a bedroom with two single beds. This property is an entertainer’s delight. The upstairs living area (below left) open to impressive expansive views of the Bathurst landscape via a balcony, with the downstairs living area (below right) enjoying direct access to the wet bar room as well as outside to the croquet lawn. Each living room is equipped with the latest flat screen QLED television and surround sound audio equipment. Complementary Netflix and Wi-Fi is provided to our guests. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen comprises of a side-by-side Liebherr fridge and freeze, Miele dishwasher, induction stove top, large Ilve oven, Caesarstone bench top with island bench, microwave along with all the standard kitchen amenities. Off the kitchen extends a breakfast room or enjoy the dining room both offering expansive views of Bathurst. The Cutting also offers outdoor alfresco BBQ and entertainment area, or you can sit and relax in the downstairs wet room overlooking the croquet lawn. From the croquet lawn you can enjoy the resort style solar heated in-ground self-cleaning magnesium pool with alfresco entertaining area. Alternative, you may want to relax with a game of tennis or shoot some hoops on our basketball hoop on our full-size tennis court. Alternative enjoy a relaxing walk around the architecturally landscaped gardens and natural bushland. Guest access Guest will have access to the house, 5 acres of landscape gardens including pool and tennis/basketball court.
