I live in this beautiful flat with a cat named Josephine in case either of those facts is a deal breaker. Cosy Yellow is the smaller of the 2 bedrooms available in this Victorian home. It is bright & free of anyone else's clutter. The location is walking distance from downtown and the waterfront. Laundry & Apple TV among other amenities.The breakfast are of the highest quality organic, fair trade and locally sourced food. I can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and grain free diets. The space The rooms I offer are on the first floor of a beautiful Victorian House. The landlady lives on the second floor when she is not in Florida. Guest access To assure accuracy you should know that this is not a private apartment just for guests. The apartment is however open and spacious, never crowded. The screened in porch has a door for added privacy. There is a living room, kitchen, laundry, dining room, & porch ( in the picture) that folks can share with others. In the warm months there is a deck, back and side yard. During your stay Usually I give folks the key between 4-5 & leave them to get settled. I return to work and come home after 8. I am happy to interact. I can help folks navigate and can offer some transportation. It is limited by my work ( M-F noon -8 PM ). There is flexibility in the arrival and departure times but I put down what works best in my work schedule. I do not have those constraints on the weekend. Other things to note The products used in cleaning so you will not smell a scent which some associate with clean. I use Seventh Generation products though out. The bedding is of natural fiber and most of the sheets and towels are from organically grown cotton. It is a "green" household but you can put everything in your waste basket except food and I will sort if out after you leave. Food goes under the sink in a well maintained compost receptacle.
