Not a Studio but 4 separate rooms + space for office in liv room. Most tenants stay 3 months minimum. The apartment is bright, private and updated. Free TV Cable & WIFI. The kitchen has a large table, a gas stove/oven, lots of cabinets with dishes and useful items for cooking. Microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans.... Extra breakfast table by the window. A double Living Room: relax in front of TV, use the back as an office, perfect for your computers. The bedroom is very quiet with black-out blinds. Queen size bed with firm but comfortable "Sleep Option" Mattress. Linens are included. The bathroom is small, bright, clean but not fancy - nice large shower.. It is accessed from a door in the master Bedroom. Plenty of closet space and cabinets. Private access to a flat rooftop deck for careful outdoor smokers. No smoking inside. No burning of any candles or incense. No chairs, high heels or sharp edges on rooftop. Miles of BIKE TRAILS, 1/4mile away. Ask if you can secure your bikes in the shed. EVERYONE EXCLAIMS HOW SPACIOUS IT IS! BESIDES CUTE, SUNNY AND SUPER CLEAN. You have complete access to the entire 3 room apartment plus private bathroom. Your stairway leads to only one apt upstairs. No noise or cooking odors from other apartments as it could happen in multiple units. Long term 1st flr tenant/manager or myself will meet you for the keys. We'll ask you to give contact information for emergency. We'll take a picture of each occupant driver's license. Parking for one car in the driveway. 2 cars if compact cars. Snow removal is done but if you need it on timely manner, you will have to handle it yourself. The 2nd floor guest is responsible for removing snow to clear the emergency door. A small garden, with outside table and chairs is there for your use. Storage shed access is possible with written details accepted in advance by the host. I live 10 minutes away. I am available by text, e-mail or phone. I know the area very well and can assist you if necessary. However, I will be leaving you to enjoy your stay unless you reach out to me. I also speak French. The first floor long term tenant is helpful and considered "the manager on site". Jeff and his wife have a cute, small dog. He is always on leash when going outside with its owners. The mulberry tree in the back yard is a real bird sanctuary. Wake up to the songs of nature! The wonderful "Bartlett Street Superette" is close by. It offers Fine Polish Food and European Specialties. This is a neighborhood of multi-family dwellings mixed with single family homes. People who move here stay forever. Very little traffic on the street during the day. More active neighborhood in the evening and week-end. There is a bus service with a stop near the house. There are several taxi services, and if you need airport service rides I can send you information. Beautiful Walking trail and Bicycle Trail 4 blocks away. The apt is 3 blocks from CMC (Catholic Medical Center), 1 mile from downtown restaurants, the SNHU Arena Center as well as the Double Tree Hotel. A Specialty Grocery store is nearby. There is a regular BUS LINE to bring you downtown and shopping. Taxis are inexpensive in-town and are readily available. It is approximately 15 minutes to the airport.
