Welcome to this cabin of Mountain Aloha! It is a fabulous, art-filled, two bedroom home with two full spa-like bathrooms walking distance to downtown Kings Beach with shops, restaurants and awesome sandy beaches!! This house is just a short drive to Northstar, the Crystal Bay Casinos, and all that the North Shore of Tahoe has to offer. The space PARKING: There is a nice flat driveway that greets you for year-round, easy access as well as one parking space in the garage! Please note: Large SUVs or trucks will not fit into the garage* MOUNTAIN ALOHA: Step into the great room and breath in some Mountain Aloha as you shed your winter coats & boots, or your sandy summer gear in the convenient entry way. The main living area with kitchen, dining area, and living room is warm and inviting after a day at the beach or on the slopes! There is also a wood stove in the living room, available for your use, but you will need to provide your own wood. We also have some lovely electric candles on a remote ready to provide lots of ambiance, too. Down the hall are two bedrooms, both with luxurious, queen beds! One bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom in the hallway. Both bathrooms are pimped out with luxury spa fixtures and finishes such as a water jet shower, jetted tub and heated towel bar. We do NOT have cable, but we have good internet (for Tahoe!) and access to Netflix, Hulu, Etc that you can use your OWN ACCOUNT on. We do not provide an account for your use. CLEANING: Please note that you are staying in a home, not a hotel, and our housekeeper charges a set rate because our guests leave the house similar to how they found it so her team can come in to sanitize, clean and make it perfect for you each and every time. We have a short list of tidying tasks that we ask you to complete before checkout. Nothing crazy, but we like to be up front about it. We just ask that you clean and put away the dishes you use, take out the kitchen trash that you made, place used towels in the shower or bathtub, leave the beds unmade (but no need to strip them!) and return any furniture/games to where you found them. ***PLEASE READ - COVID-19 UPDATE: We are thrilled to be hosting guests again here in Lake Tahoe. To keep our homes as safe and healthy as possible we have had to change a few things until further notice. Our cleaning staff is being extra diligent and taking extra time with sanitizing every touchable surface, so we have changed our check-in time to 5pm and our check-out time to 10am. We will do our absolute best to still get you into the house early as is already our policy, but ask that you be extra patient with us throughout this unusual time. A lot of hospitable items that we usually leave for you are going to be missing from the homes until further notice: throw pillows, throw blankets, extra spices, condiments in the fridge, coffee, tea, board games, and any other touchable items that we can’t sanitize between guests. We are still providing toilet paper, paper towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, kitchen towels, a reusable coffee filter, soaps, sanitizing supplies and all cooking supplies.
