CASA XPIRO’OL Luxurious Mayan loft★Private Cenotes

Description

An architecturally UNIQUE and ORIGINAL piece that fuses luxury with Mayan nature and private cenotes. The house has 3 floors, on the ground floor you will find the living room, kitchen and dining room, as well as a swing that makes this space a very playful place. In the 1st. floor there is a king size bed with an exclusive bathroom for your use, as well as a space to place clothes. In the 2nd. floor there is a private roof top with SWIMMING POOL and hammock with a beautiful view of the jungle. The space CASA XPIROÓL is an exclusive eco-lux house that gives you the impression of being isolated although within the same property Orion (my Great Dane dog) and I are sleeping in the geometric dome next to Casa Xpiro’ol in case you need any kind of help or guidance during your stay. In addition, a 5-minute drive away will lead you to the shops and markets, you will be surrounded by private cenotes that belong to the gated community “Pueblo SacBé”. Casa Xpiro'ol has mosquito netting instead of glass windows, it is a house without curtains as well, this allows you to have 360-degree views of the Mayan jungle and at the same time hear the sounds of the jungle, as well as have greater ventilation. *At SACBE only electricity is used through solar panels and I will left also candles so you can enjoy this beautiful romantic/cozy experience even more. It is possible to connect your laptop and charge your mobile during the sunny day. Although it is important NOT to connect hair dryers, irons, or electric heaters at any time. You should save as much electricity as possible so that you can have one or two light bulbs on at night until 2am maximum. It is more of a house of rest and disconnection, than for digital nomads who need to work all day and be connected, to be honest. It is highly recommended to rent a car to access the property and go shopping to cook at home or exploring Playa del Carmen, otherwise you will have to depend on taxis that usually charge around $12 dollars to enter and exit the property. Guest access 6 Private cenotes waiting for you to jump every day inside their sweet, fresh and crystal water. And 1 life to experience Casa Xpiro’ol! Other things to note Ideal to book only if you are willing to live the jungle experience, cook fresh food every day (no fridge just coolers) swim in secret private cenotes and use Wi-Fi and solar electricity only the necessary time each day. You will be the lucky guest to experience the fine art of knowing how to live in the jungle and experience sunrise in nature. There are many houses that offer the normal services, but there is only one CASA XPIRO'OL. If you like any extra services, like: -Airport transfer -Private chef -Personal yoga teacher -Diving instructor -Professional massage therapist -Cleaning service -Laundry service -Private dinner with Mayan thematic -Cenote guided meditation Write me with two weeks in advance to arrange them, all of the have an extra cost, but they will certainly increase the quality of your stay in CASA XPIRO’OL!
