A few blocks up Newport you will find some of Bend's favorite local spots. A couple blocks more will put you in the middle of all Galveston has to offer. The space This house was built by the homeowners for their own use and as such is packed with comfortable and luxurious details. The perfect place to unwind after your long day of mountain biking, paddling, day drinking or whatever amazing Central Oregon activity you choose to partake in. A spacious open living area with a large quartz kitchen island is perfect for entertaining and enjoying time with family and friends. A Juliet balcony brings the outdoors in to create an open air dining experience. Split system heating and air conditioning combined with heated floors and ceiling fans provide a customized indoor environment. Designer top down, bottom up, cordless blinds decorate the new energy efficient windows for your safety and privacy. High speed wireless internet and cable television is provided on three flat screen televisions. The house was designed for extended family. Should you need extra room, the downstairs one bedroom, one bathroom unit can be rented as well. The one bedroom unit has a private, separate entrance, but a common entry hall exists for interior access between units when rented together. One dedicated garage parking spot is included. A common patio/BBQ area is available to you during your stay. Guest access Lawn in front of 426 Newport is shared with back house. Bbq on patio is shared with downstairs tenant. Guest can use garage for car or storage. Bikes can be used at own risk.
