Welcome to our 4 season lake house! Wander through the tall pines to your Private beach with incredible views of the lake, stay and play all day, enjoy the lake with either the kayaks or canoe… In the winter enjoy ice fishing or snowmobiling as we are right on OFSC snow mobile trails. End your day with your fav beverage and taking in the most incredible sunset. In the area - Hiking & snowmobile trails - The BEST fishing - Marina (2 min away) w/ boat rentals - Ice fishing - Ski hills The space Our lake house is located off of Hwy 11 in the small community of Callander, Only 3 hrs away from Toronto, 1 hr 40mins from Parry Sound and 30 mins from North Bay, central to everything cottage country has to offer! Sleeps 12 (10 adults max) - [guests above this amount will be charged at $100/pp/night] There are 3 Bedrooms; ( Bed Linens and blankets can be included for an extra charge) 1 room on the main floor (Queen bed) , 2 rooms on the upper level (Master: Queen Bed & 2nd Room: 1 Double Bunk bed - only kids allowed on top bunk) & A bunk room in the basement ( 2 Queen beds - no window -but 2 exits), and can accommodate 8-12 guests. A wood burning stove will keep you cozy on chilly nights A family-friendly Sandy beach for all to enjoy!Shallow entry - 200ft out! Amenities to keep you comfortable: - Wifi - jacuzzi tub (upstairs bathroom) - Towels, Mats, Dish Cloths & Pillows included ( Bed Linens and blankets can be included for an extra charge) - Well equipped kitchen - Keurig coffee maker - Air Fryer - Ice Maker - Propane BBQ - Board Games - 2 Adult Kayaks - 1 Child Kayak - 1 Canoe - Playpen - High Chair - Large Harvest Table with Benches to seat 12! - Washer and Dryer - Dishwasher (Please bring life jackets - there are some on the property however if you are worried about fit, best to have your own :)) Pets are allowed upon approval - $100 Pet fee (per Pet) applies Early Checkin or Late Check out can be arranged if available for $50/hr Guest access You will be provided with a smart lock code to access the property prior to your arrival You will have access to the full house with the exception of storage areas in the basement and the garage Other things to note - Please leave the property as you have found it! This is our second home. - Additional guests will be subject to a $100/pp/night charge - If you are advised that there is a fire ban there is to be absolutely NO fires in the fire pit outside, we have many pines and pine needles and this is a huge risk of starting a mass fire - Absolutely no smoking inside and do not leave cigarette butts on the property - Please ensure that all water equipment and toys are put back where you found them - Please avoid use glassware at the beach - UV water filtration system provides all water to the house and is exceptionally clean and drinkable
