A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has two king single beds, each of the rooms has it's own ensuite. An additional (king single) bed can be set up in the living room on request (for an additional cost of $40/ per night), prior to arrival. Guest access You have private access to the down stairs guest Suite, which has a combined kitchenet/ dining and lounge area, two bedrooms each with their own ensuite. There is a washing machine a clothes dryer and drying rack located in bathroom 1 within your unit for your private use. There is also a small outdoor patio and garden to which you have access for your exclusive use. A dedicated off street parking space is provided for use during your stay, it is located on the left hand side of the driveway. Additional free on street parking is also available if you have a second vehicle, however when there are events on at the local stadium an on street parking permit is required which can be arranged for you prior to your arrival if requested. Other things to note A variety of local restaurants and cafes are located nearby on Caxton Street and Given Terrace.
