Gorgeous oceanfront Capri Beach and Bay Views!!!!

Spacious 2 bedroom unit in North OC oceanfront Capri building (king, queen bed and twin, and queen sofa sleeper) has great views up the beach. Elevator down from 8th floor to sun deck and straight to beach. Indoor pool, tennis/pickelball, sauna, plus arcade and hoops for the kids and you! The space This beachfront unit is unique in that it allows a spacious feel with a fantastic view. Some ocean fronts have that bowling alley feel - but not here. From the moment you walk in you can see 25 feet of windows overlooking the expanse of beach and ocean and a sunset view of the bay. At night, especially off season, you can hear the waves crash. Occupancy is limited to 6 people by county statute, MIN AGE 25 years old . We only rent full weeks June- mid August (but will consider 4 night minimums if not booked)and prefer you arrive on Friday or Sunday. ***Please note you will need to bring bed sheets and towel unless prior arrangement are made with us** When comparing units (or thinking about a hotel), note: we are 1100 sf, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and the building is ON the beach; our unit sits closest to the beach - we are on the north side and get bright light without direct sun after 10 am. We have approximately 25 feet on windows that span the living and dining room and a buttress window that faces the beach. We are constantly updating - new hall bath in 2015, living room furniture in 2017 and 2018, new kitchen 2021, new smart TV 2022, new dining set 2024, new master carpet 2025 Guest access Indoor pool, tennis / pickle ball court, library, bike racks, on site vending machines, storage locker with MY beach chairs, game room with pool tables and air hockey ($1/game); 1 guaranteed parking spot; washer and dryer IN the unit.
