Lots of extras (homemade goodies) - Great alternative to hotels- stunningly beautiful ALL NEWLY renovated new 2 bed 2 bath (all marble!) garden level apt. New large windows too! Very walkable, easy access to public transport/app rides.GREAT DC location, terrific amenities, gracious host. The space Experience DC in the beauty of DC in gorgeous fall- (best season in DC) ! Also- reserve your fall, winter and holiday now- so you can enjoy in stunning DC! ****Please read the following info: (while no parking is offered- a parking garage is located about 2 blocks away- see in photos for the garage info) I took in 4/23. DC Street parking is very scarce (think Manhattan or Chicago) and ticketing is very aggressive. Hotels charge $60.00+ daily. Read the reviews- virtually all have loved staying here! I am ‘old school’ Airbnb- I’ve been a super host for 11 years- I like to provide a stay like airbnb started- personal service and warm hospitality- not a sterile hotel or home where you do not feel at home…. I like to welcome my guests personally and am close by should you have questions about the city, restaurants, other DC highlights- personal touches to make your stay special. (*whenever possible) Beautiful, luxuriously furnished 2 bedroom (both bedrooms have very comfortable queen sized beds and NEW furniture) 2 all marble bathrooms- corporate garden level apartment ideal for the busy visiting executive, summer associate, doctor or traveling professional in need of an ideal location and every amenity. This sumptuous apartment offers a fully stocked kitchen- including coffee maker with complimentary custom blended coffee!, dishwasher, microwave, housewares for cooking and dining, an in-unit STEAM washer dryer!!, 3 televisions, cable and wifi for guests, bath amenities to welcome your stay, deluxe linens and towels (including bathrobes), hairdryer and a sunny patio for relaxing. A pack and play is available for infants/young toddlers as well as a few toys. You will find yourself a stone's throw from the nearest Starbucks, two grocery stores, numerous cafes, restaurants and bars to enjoy some of the best DC dining. And if you are in need of any advice regarding DC attractions, dining, entertainment I am often available to ensure you make the most of your time here. ** I like to provide my guests a great experience (as over 195 5 star reviews indicate) so please provide a little bit about yourself- why you are in DC, if you have any questions about restaurants, celebrating an occasion etc. Check the over 200 5 star reviews- you can't do better than this! Government pier diems welcome for long term stays. ***** I may make exceptions for the 3 night minimums when there are 2 day openings between confirmed stays. Please ask ** Parking (not offered) please read: the apartment is located in a very close in location with public transport and Uber, Lyft and cabs readily available and easy. Bringing a vehicle is NOT recommended- street parking in close in areas of DC is very scarce and DC is very aggressive in ticketing. A parking garage is located about 2 blocks away (I am not responsible for parking in any way). Much less expensive than a hotel (plus this is a complete newly renovated (2021) luxury apartment- 2 bedrooms 2 complete marble bathrooms too)!. A GREAT rate as this is like 2 hotel rooms plus kitchen, extras, etc. not just for one room! A very comfortable memory foam mattress pull out sofa is in the living room for a 3/4 guest** ** Please note there is additional $30/ night charge for each additional guests over 2. 4 guest MAXIMUM in apartment. Ty *****NO parties nor smoking of any kind inside the apartment. The newer Line Hotel is literally a half block away with restaurants, gym. A 15 minute stroll to the Washington Hilton, Omni Shoreham Hotel- many bus lines and 2 Metro (subway) stops close by. Fully lux furnished with fine bedding, linens, completely equipped kitchen, patios, etc! 'Welcome treats' (usually homemade!) will greet your arrival- the treats vary with the seasons and are quite tasty!! Not sure what hotel at any price does this…! The 'standard' rate that the ad lists is subject to change with market rates, times of year, demand, etc. so please check for the rate for dates you desire. Airbnb does 'suggested rates' based on what is offered, location, type of listing, 'Super Host' status etc. and suggests those rates for specific dates etc. and I usually take this into much consideration when applying my rates. This is much like any other product or service (hotels, cars, etc) For stays over 2 weeks a higher security deposit will be required. $250- security deposit is valid ONLY for stays under 2 weeks.
