Opposite the stairs is a small landing area that overlooks the front of the home. The primary bedroom is on the first floor and is very large with an ensuite bath with double vanity sink, and a stand up shower. The primary has silk dupioni draperies from pottery barn and a high end new mattress to offer the most relaxing sleep ever. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or enjoying a quick breakfast at your massive hand carved table this kitchen will surely inspire your culinary adventures. The dining table seats 10-12 guests comfortably if you choose to host dinner using the home's fully equipped kitchen and pantry. The living room area is flooded with natural light and contains crate and barrel furniture and a 60 inch smart t.v. There is a half bath and washer dryer room off of the open concept kitchen/dining/living combo. Open the back door from the kitchen to enter your fully fenced and landscaped peaceful oasis. Outdoor grill available for your use. The over sized front porch is also furnished with a wrought iron park bench, chairs and table for your morning coffee or evening wine. With downtown just minutes away, you'll have easy access to an array of restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and cultural attractions, many within walking distance. Whether you're exploring the vibrant city life or checking out the vineyards in dripping, this location offers the best of urban living. We do have natural stone countertops in the kitchen and master bath so we ask you to immediately take care of any spills or you may be charged for damages to the countertops. A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, one roll of paper towel, one small soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided but it is up to guests to bring their own paper and hygiene products. These are just here in case you forgot! We do not provide detergent but do not mind if you need to use the home's washing machine or dryer. Gigabit Internet and Sonos around the entire home! Guest access The grill is available for use if you choose to purchase your own propane. If we have some, you may absolutely use ours as long as it is replaced. This is an executive rental for 6 guests. Additional guests may be added to sleep on a mattress in one of the bedrooms or on the couch for a small additional fee. Not being upfront about the amount of guests in the home warrants a forfeit of the rental with no refund. There are decorative stones to the front door that may create a challenge to elderly guests. We recommend that guests who may feel challenged by this follow the pebble path to the security gates on either side of the home to the backyard and enter through the back door. This entry way has just a small 2-4 inch doorway threshold step up and gets you directly into the kitchen. If this is the case please reach out to the host prior to your stay so that he may accommodate with the back door lock. Because we are so close to downtown, parking can get tricky. Please try to only park in front of our home- there are two spots. The neighbors can get cranky if you park in front of their homes. If you drive around back and enter through the alley to our back gate you'll see that there is a private parking pad there that fits two cars. If you'd like access to this just ask as the gate may be locked! Other things to note Small Pets may be considered for an additional fee under 25lbs. The home has outdoor cameras located in the front, back and side yards for your safety and ours. Do not bring pets that were not approved. No pets can be left unattended indoors or outdoors at any time. You must cleanup after your pets and not leave any waste behind.
