Welcome to my charming Victorian house by the river in Lincoln! Located just at the end of the High street where you can walk straight to the cathedral and find all the shops and restaurants on your way up! If you come by car there is not a problem with the car park as there are no restrictions! The house is full of Victorian features and is very cosy and spacious, I do also include tea facilities in the room with biscuits, variety of teas, coffee and hot chocolate if you would like! The space The house has vintage vibes and every room is decorated in a different way following a theme. As shown in picture is not a modern house and if you love vintage and antiques this is your place! The house is being generally cleaned once per week and after each guest departure. Guest access The guest will have access to the room and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The guest will not have access to other guests rooms and the back office and back garden. Be aware that this is a house shared with more Airbnb guests and me. There is not kitchen or living room access. Other things to note Be noted that this house is in the centre but you will need to walk like around 20 minutes to reach university area and the Brayford pool.
