You will have your own private space. -- Level 1: Entryway/foyer As you enter the foyer of the Venice Beach Villa, there is an inviting entryway to kick off your flip flops and drop off the shells you collected at the beach. Please note: There are 2 sets of stairs in this townhouse (each set has 16 steps). -- Level 2: Kitchen, dining and living room The second level is comprised of the living room, dining room and kitchen combo with a half bathroom. The coastal beach décor in the living room will put you on vacation mode right away. Your family and friends will enjoy movies on the 82” Smart TV and board games. There is a sleeper sofa with pull-out bed in the living room that can sleep 2 people. The full kitchen features a brand-new stainless-steel smooth cook top, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. The kitchen has all the essentials you can think of, including a Keurig coffee machine, electric hot water kettle, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and much more. The dining area has a table and chairs/bench that can seat up to 8 people. Please note: The dining table and chairs are counter height (may not be suitable for small children). -- Level 3: Master bedroom and guest bedroom The third level has 2 suites. The Venice Suite (master bedroom) has a king bed, dressers, night stands, TV, sitting area and en suite master bathroom with dual vanity, standup shower and soaking tub. The Santorini Suite (guest bedroom) has a queen bed, 2 night stands, closet and TV. There is a hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a laundry closet with washer and dryer. Guests will be given a key code to access the front door. No key is needed. Key code will be provided prior to check in and will expire at check-out time. There are 2 dedicated parking spots in the driveway. Additional off-street parking is available across the townhouse. High-speed Wi-Fi is included at no additional cost. Netflix, Disney+, ESPN and Hulu are included. There are ceiling fans for guests’ comfort. Extra care is being taken to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We provide basic essentials so you can get your vacation started once you arrive. We stock the guest suites with linens, bath towels, beach towels, paper towels, toilet papers, trash bags, and environmentally friendly products (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel).
