This Beachy A-Frame is ready to host your next beach adventure! 3 bedroom : 2 bathroom and walkable to all Carolina Beach has to offer. - Located 1 block from the beach and short bike ride to the boardwalk. Next door to local restaurants, The Spot & Uncle Vinny's Pizzeria. - Whether staying a week or a couple of days, these peaceful island vibes will be something you want to return to. - Follow us @casasinthecarolinas , to see what is going on at The Sun Shack! The space - Open concept, updated kitchen and living space. The fully stocked kitchen will have everything you need to cook from home during your stay. Keurig coffee and tea are provided. - There are 2 queen bedrooms on this floor which share a full sized bathroom. There is also a stackable washer/dryer on this floor for any laundry needs. Detergent pods are provided. - The upstairs loft hosts another queen bed, a work station, and another full bathroom. In the loft space overlooking the living room you'll find a foosball table! Although private, the upstairs loft is not completely closed off with a wall/door. The bathroom is enclosed with a barn door. - The indoor spaces are great but the house also boasts 2 porches! The front porch is perfect for watching the sunrise and the back porch is great for sunsets. - Pet friendly for friendly pets! Please message us for pet approval PRIOR to booking. Non-refundable pet fee of $200 applies. Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price. Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted. Please review the house rules for our full pet policy. - We supply bed linens & bath towels. - We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs. Guest access This is a shared property. This house is a duplex and the downstairs, ground level, unit is separately rented. Each space has its own private entrance and the spaces are not connected on the interior at all- there is no interior stairwell. There is separate assigned parking. The yard and outdoor shower is shared common space. Other things to note We are located next door to The Spot, a local restaurant. Great place to grab a drink, watch a game, or grab a meal. During their business hours they do play music and they have outdoor seating which creates noise. While we don’t find this disruptive during the day we have provided a sound machine in the unit for easy sleeping.
