The space Main living room and house is a quiet gathering space for family games and relaxation. Pool room sits in the center of the house and is a heated, controlled environment to ensure comfort while swimming. Second Living Room sits separated and is an entertainment space with theater area, modern and retro gaming area, bar, and lounge area. Guest access Entire house, pool, and outside area is accessible to all guests. House has a basement that is a separate apartment unit with its own entrance and living space. Basement is only part-time occupied by owner and guests have no interaction with the basement apartment and no shared spaces with it. Other things to note The pool room is a contained environment and will need to have all settings untouched. Additionally, all guests must ensure they keep all doors that connect to living areas from the pool closed during their stay.
