It also offers lots of perks such as FREE access to the pool and Gym. (For long term guests) NOTE: The pictures and the actual unit may be　slightly different as significant changes are made over the course of time. The space The room is thoroughly cleaned by the city's leading Condominium cleaning provider. the Davao Condo Housekeeping Services, with skillful, experienced and credible housekeepers. Other things to note To our valued guests, please be advised to submit in advance any valid IDs of the individual/s who will stay in the unit as we need to send it to the admin for your upcoming check in. - Free use of pool and Gym is only available for long term guests. You may still use the pool though but with a one time fee of 150Php/person. - Our unit does not have a parking but the condo has a pay park: *Daily - 200Php *Weekly - 1,000Php *Monthly - 3,500Php. You may just go to the lobby on your own for registration - NO PETS ALLOWED inside the condo building - Only 3 guests are welcome to stay inside regardless of their age. - Check in time: 2:00 PM - Check out Time 11:00 AM - Early check in fee is 200Php/hour (maximum of 4 hours) if it exceeds that is equivalent of one-night stay to be paid in cash (just put it inside the box) - Late checkout is 200Php/hour (maximum of 4 hours) if it exceeds that is equivalent of one-night stay to be paid in cash (just put it inside the box) Upon checking out... - Please unplug/turn off all the appliances and lights - You may just check out on your own on or before 11 AM. Just make sure to lock the door. NOTE: - In the event of consumption overuse, we will charge additional fees in excess of the usual bill. We advise all the guests to consume the electricity and water wisely. - Throw your garbage at the garbage room located near the elevators. Strictly segregate the garbage and put it in different trash bags. If not properly followed, penalty is applied. - Unauthorized Visitors are not allowed to stay inside the unit. If the main guests' visitors will insist to go inside the room, we will charge for additional 300Php per person regardless whether they sleep or not
