The entrance overlooks the living room with fireplace where you will find 2 relaxing armchairs for maximum comfort, a Smart TV, a lovely sofa with wooden structure that can be easily transformed into a single bed and a wooden table to be used as a desk, work area or for dining with the whole family in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need for cooking. You will also find a solid marble table where you can have breakfast or use as a practical platform for preparing meals. In the bedroom, you will find a king-size bed (180 × 200), two nightstands, a small desk with chair and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom with shower and bidet is equipped with shower gel, shampoo and towels. The rooms are arranged to experience every moment of the day in complete relaxation. The windows (1 in the kitchen, 2 in the living room, 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the bedroom) all have mosquito nets and are equipped with shutters that allow absolute darkness during the night. Only in the bathroom has the shutter been removed for convenience, but it can be mounted on request. The house is equipped with air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Outside you can enjoy a table with chairs and umbrella to enjoy the fresh air of the countryside and relax the view with the green of the surrounding nature. The garden is fully fenced and for exclusive use. Here you will find a gazebo and a picnic table, fruit plants and ornamental plants. The garden is terraced, arranged on 3 levels and is not currently illuminated, but you will find only sunlight. The patio in front of the house is illuminated by electric lights that turn on at night and automatically turn off during the day. Guest access The house and the surrounding garden, as well as the parking space on the property, are at guests' complete disposal. Indoor parking is covered, the garden is completely fenced. Other things to note The garden is fenced, but some cats from the nearby gardens may pass through and sometimes stop in the outdoor area of the accommodation. For this reason, the accommodation is not recommended for those travelling with dogs that do not tolerate the presence of cats. The property is located inside a quiet residential center, so you can immerse yourself in the surrounding nature without being isolated. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful, please respect this tranquility during quiet hours. The entrance to the area where the house is located is uphill. If you're not familiar with driving uphill, you can leave your car outside. However, it is a short stretch of about 10 meters, you can find a detail of the entrance in the photos. The peculiarity of the area, surrounded by greenery with majestic trees and fruit plants, attracts many varieties of birds that especially in spring and summer return to repopulate the Roman countryside. With a bit of luck you can hear the nice oysters who like to park on the wonderful Lebanese cedar next to the house or admire some upups cautiously setting in the garden looking for food.
