The entrance overlooks the living room with fireplace where you will find 2 relaxing armchairs for maximum comfort, a lovely sofa with a wooden structure that can be easily transformed into a one-seater bed and a wooden table to use as a desk, work area or to dine with the whole family in front of the fireplace. Kitchen is equipped with gas stove and electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook. You'll also find a solid marble table where you can eat breakfast or use it as a practical floor for preparing meals. In the bedroom you will find a king-size double bed (180 × 200), two nightstands, a small desk with a chair, and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom with shower and bidet is equipped with shower, shampoo and towels. The rooms are arranged to live every moment of the day in complete relaxation. The windows (1 in the kitchen, 2 in the living room, 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the bedroom) have all the mosquito nets and are equipped with blinds that allow absolute darkness at night. Only in the bathroom the blackout door has been removed for convenience, but it can be mounted upon request. The house is equipped with air conditioning, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Outside you can enjoy a table with chairs and umbrella to enjoy the fresh air of the countryside and relax the view with the green of the surrounding nature. The garden is entirely fenced and for exclusive use. Here you'll find a gazebo and picnic table, fruit plants, and ornamental plants. The garden is terraced, arranged on 3 levels and is not currently illuminated, but you will find only solar lights. The patio in front of the house is lit by twilight electric lights that will turn on at night and will automatically turn off during the day. Guest access The house and the surrounding garden, as well as the parking space within the property, are at guests' complete disposal. The indoor parking is covered, the garden completely fenced. Other things to note The accommodation is located in a quiet residential center, so you can immerse yourself in the surrounding nature without being isolated. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful, please respect this tranquility in quiet hours. The entrance to the area where the house is located is uphill. If you are not comfortable driving uphill you can leave the car outside. However, it is a short stretch of about 10mt, you can find a detail of the entrance between the photos. The particularity of the area, surrounded by greenery with majestic trees and fruit plants, attracts many varieties of birds that especially in the spring and summer period return to repopulate the Roman countryside. With a bit of luck you can hear the cute owls who love to park on the wonderful Lebanese cedar next to the house or admire some boobies perching cautiously in the garden in search of food.
