The space The flat is about 45sqm and consists of a large living room with sofa, dining table and open passage to the kitchen. Here, all basic things like a small cooker, sink, pots, crockery and cutlery, kettle are available. The large south-facing balcony with garden table and chairs invites you to have breakfast in the sun. You can prepare your breakfast coffee in the espresso pot, French press or pour-over sieve - depending on your preference. The bathroom with shower is heated and is also equipped with a bidet. The bedroom is located under the sloping roof. Here you can enjoy the view of the sky in the morning at the large skylight windows. Those who like to sleep longer will enjoy the blackout blinds as well as the high-quality beds and bedding (spring core cold foam mattress, winter goose down blanket and pillow, summer wild silk blanket and virgin wool pillow) newly purchased in 2022. Please note: the bedroom is located under the roof and has a maximum height of 1,8m. The TV is a Fire TV stick and equipped with an HDMI cable to stream your favorite shows online. Bikes Two simple bicycles are available for guests to use for short bike rides or trips to the supermarket. There is also a floor pump and two road bike racks in the lockable basement storage area. Please bring your own helmet. Guest access The flat is reached via the staircase on the third floor. Directly next to the entrance to the flat is the drying room under the roof for laundry or ski clothes. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement (tokens available directly in the flat). In the basement you can find a bike locker room which is accessible by a separate entrance on the right side of the building. In front of the house you will find the garden for the use of all guests in the house. Other things to note We charge the cleaning fee to ensure that the accommodation is perfectly cleaned so that you feel completely comfortable. It also includes laundry coins and detergent to use the washing machine and tumble dryer during your stay. Every guest must pay 3€ local tax per night to the municipality.
