Bocqueur house with heated/covered pool

Gîte du Bocqueur at Domaine des Forges. The swimming pool will be open from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. non-stop. If you are more than 6 people sleeping, in addition to the 2 bedrooms of the gite, possibility to have up to 4 additional bedrooms right in front of the gite "see explanation and details below". If you need these rooms, you must contact me to validate the number of people as well as the distribution of beds. A special offer will be made if needed. Thank you in advance. The space You will appreciate this house of over 110 m2 for its spaces. This house will be a perfect place for couples, families (with kids). The enclosed 5 ha park will be conducive to small walks. You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, traditional oven and coffee machine, fridge with freezer, etc... You can have your meals inside or on the terrace, while enjoying the garden and the countryside. The living room can accommodate up to 10 people seated at the meal. The necessary equipment will be made available to you according to your needs The 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. An "umbrella type" baby bed is provided if needed. The house also has two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, as well as 2 toilets, 1 on the ground floor and the other upstairs. If there are more than 6 of you, no problem, we have 4 single bedrooms just in front of the gite at 15 meters including 2 double bedrooms "1 double bed per bedroom" and 2 family bedrooms "1 double bed and 2 single beds in mezzanine per bedroom" all with shower room and individual toilet. The best way to be sure of availability is to contact us beforehand. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the rental amount. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants or available with additional fees on site (€75). Please bring your own pool towels. The swimming pool, terrace and garden are secured by a veranda closed at night and by a hedge around the garden. Please note for last-minute bookings that the indoor pool takes a little time to return to a temperature of 27 to 28°C. Outside the period from April to September inclusive, please ask us in advance about the opening of the pool during your stay. The pool is always open and heated during school holidays, Christmas and New Year. Parking is available on site. No smoking inside. A deposit of 500 euro will also be requested by "uncashed" check and returned upon checkout. Guest access You will have access to the indoor heated swimming pool between 27 and 29°C almost all year round, which is shared. Outside the period from April to September inclusive, please ask us in advance about the opening of the pool during your stay. The pool is always open and heated during school holidays, Christmas and New Year. It is closed at night for safety reasons, especially for your children. It is a "natural disinfection" saltwater pool. We monitor the water chemistry every day for your health, and we are checked by the ARS periodically to ensure optimum swimming quality.
