Upstairs is a perfect oasis for the children with bunk beds, twin bedrooms that share a jack & jill bath. Family room large enough for whole family to gather, whether its watching a movie, playing games or sitting by the real log fire place. Boat details: contact number will be provided once you book the property. One day rental is $350 for 4 hours each additional hour is $25. If you want to rent for consecutive days: 1st day $350, 2nd $200, 3rd $100, 4th $50, 5th $25. Any Saturday or Sunday is $350 if linked with other days. Each boat holds 11 people. They are not powered for tubing. One boat is set up for fishing. At the end of the rental you pay for whatever fuel that you have used. Provided: all safety equipment, canopy, anchor, fish finder/depth gauge, blue tooth hookup, map and rules of the lake. The boat will be delivered to your dock. Cabin is only 200 steps to a shared dock owned by the property owner. It is shared with other rental house only not to the public. Access on Lake Bowen for swimming and two kayaks & paddle boards available.
