The house in the courtyard is a small independent apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Agrigento. A stone's throw from the Pirandello theater, the courtyard house offers its guests a full and courteous service for a comfortable and ideal stay. The space The house in the courtyard consists of two separate rooms. The first with a living room entrance, which leads to the mezzanine used as a double bedroom (equipped with a built-in wardrobe, mannequin, chest of drawers and storage pouf); the second with a dining room used, if necessary, and with an extra payment, as an additional bedroom, thanks to the comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchenette, which is accessed from the dining room, is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, including linens and towels, a bathroom with a sink, bidet, and shower stall, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an electric oven, a refrigerator, an iron with an ironing board, a pellet stove, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. Upon request, for the little ones: camp bed, changing table, and high chair. Guest access Guests will have free access to every room in the house. Other things to note The property is managed in a non-entrepreneurial manner, and is granted as a pure real estate lease for tourist purposes, pursuant to Article 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code and Article 1, paragraph 2, letter c, of Law 431/98.
