The studio, with a queen size bed (and full size bed in the bonus loft), is great for couples, friends and solo travelers. Park your car in the free parking spot across the street and enjoy walking to many Portland Peninsula attractions and neighborhoods. The studio is a 15 minute walk to the working waterfront and Old Port, a 20 minute walk to the East Bayside Breweries, a 20 minute walk to the Western Promenade, and a 30 minute walk to the Eastern Promenade. No matter which way you walk or drive from the convenient and central studio, you will be surrounded by Portland's unique art and culture and plethora of dining and entertainment options. Towels, bed linens, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience. The apartment features a full kitchen with a drip coffee maker, complementary ground coffee, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Enjoy high speed internet, a 49” flat screen Roku TV and an echo dot speaker. This is a studio (one room) apartment with a queen bed on the main floor and an open loft with a small double bed (for prearranged use only). The use of this loft bed is an extra $10 per stay. Guest access This is an apartment building dedicated to AirBNB travelers and is located directly across the street from the free parking lot. You will share an exterior entrance with one other unit. Each has its own private interior entrance to the studio accessed by a keypad. You won't have to carry a key and can check in at any hour. The entire studio is exclusively yours. Other things to note **COVID-19 statement: Please be assured I am following the AirBNB enhanced cleaning protocol and the CDC issued cleaning guidelines.
