Norrsken Scandinavian Cottage

The guest cottage is painted to resemble a Scandinavian retreat. Complete with separate bedroom, extra fold-out sofa queen bed, kitchenette, wood burning stove, WiFi (the best we can find but not great!!!) and large television (DirecTV), it is a great getaway for a couple or a family. Owners live on property if you need anything. If you are a bit adventurous, we can put up a tent right next to Lake Superior. The entire property is smoke free. For a quiet stay, no snowmobiles or ATVs. The space We love Lake Superior and our spot in the Northwoods! Norrsken is quiet, comforting and peaceful - a real retreat that we are excited to share. In keeping with the quietness, we request no snowmobiles or ATVs. This cottage is private with no cameras! You can see two of the Apostle Islands' famous lighthouses and watch the sun set over Chequamegon Bay. Guest access Guests will have a great lake Superior view from the sliding glass doors and open area in front of the Cottage. Norrsken is very private with seating on the ridge above the lake. Other things to note With all the Northwoods fresh air, the entire property is smoke free. Our WiFi is spotty but it is the best we can get at this time.
