Right down the road includes an outlet mall, natural areas, and parks. With a private backyard and custom built rock waterfall and pool, our home will surely be your own private oasis. The space The main space has four bedrooms- Room 1- the master with a king sized bed and its own bathroom Room 2- a king sized bed Room 3- twin-sized bunkbeds Room 4- queen sized bed Room 5- There is an attached studio apartment with one bedroom with a queen sized bed, it’s own bathroom, and personal kitchen. Perfect for anyone who desires their own private space! The backyard has a beautiful pool, a propane fire pit, grill, and plenty of seating area- the perfect way to spend a dreamy afternoon! Self check-in with keypad entrance. Other things to note Disclaimers/FAQs -The house is a normal house, please don't expect a five star hotel. Just like normal homes, there are quirks, but it looks just like the photos. It it is a great space for families or groups of friends and we are more than happy to host you and make your experience wonderful! -If you are interested in having the pool heated, it is an extra fee of $50/per day of use to cover the cost of gas for the heater. Let us know if you would like to do that. -The studio apartment can be hot. It is not connected to the AC with the rest of the house, but it does have its own window AC unit. In the summer months, the studio bedroom can be warm. There is a fan in the bedroom if you would like it. -The AC is controlled from the host's phone, so you can ask anytime for a temperature change. The thermostat is behind a large piece of furniture, so to prevent guests from having to move it, we think this is the best system. Guests occasionally have complaints about not being able to change it themselves, but you can ask anytime and we are more than happy to help! Our guest's comfort is our priority.
