The new gorgeous tiled bathrooms feature a soaking tub, spa shower and plush cotton towels. Airy and open floor plan perfect for entertaining with 6 skylights the Sun-Filled Living, Dining & Den leads to a Large Deck Overlooking the heated pool that gets sun all day. In the evening, enjoy wine and bay breezes (and s’mores) by the outdoor fireplace. All beautifully furnished for perfect indoor/outdoor living by the bay. With two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs- each floor has a kitchen, shared living space (both with oversized smart TVs) and a luxury bathroom. Guest access The saltwater heated pool is open and serviced for the extended season: April 1-November Private access to Sandy Bay Beach. The entire home was designed for a warm and welcoming, luxury experience. All new crisp white linens, Brooklinen and Parachute bedding, turkish plush towels, Hearth cabinet fireplace. In the chef's kitchen you will find all the makings of a high-level cooking and dining experience: Le crueset pots, enamelware, fine glassware, and linen napkins to add to a gorgeously set dinner table. Poolside you will find a basket full of sunscreen, a basket with striped Turkish pool towels, umbrellas and lounges to soak in the sun. The house is down the block from The Sag Harbor Bay and comes with mooring rights. The town offers the best restaurants and shops in the Hamptons. As locals, we know all the best spots.
