Apartment is private. Located above a 2nd unit and a vehicle free garage. Full size pillow top bed. Large shower. Antique furniture. Quiet, you may find yourself sleeping in. Guest access Entire studio is yours. You have a fenced in yard & patio that maybe shared with another guest. 2 other Lakeside seating areas available thru the gate. Our backyard, on the other side of the fence, is open to you June-Oct (otherwise it's soggy from seasonal rains). If we're having a bonfire at the firepit you're invited, or you can build your own fire. Do not use accellerants. Keep amount of wood lower than height of burn pit. Douse fire with water when you're done. Never leave fire unattended. Fires subject to fire dept burn ordinance in dry season. Plz leave a donation for wood. Thank you! Other things to note Check in 3 pm. There's a lockbox, so you may check in later. Access details sent after booking. Check out 11 am, late checkout at noon may be possible by request. The apartment is smoke/vape/ pet free. Smoking/vaping must be outdoors. Plz use the patio or lakeside. Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside or by the doorway. It is very expensive to clean these odors. If you break this rule you may be asked to vacate and/or be billed for the cleaning cost. Plz remove shoes indoors. Wool rug is antique. Place your trash/recycling in the breezeway. Linens are washed with plant based, organic soap for sensitive skin. Requests for linen exchange, housekeeping, etc should be texted via the Airbnb app. We will text you back to confirm. Plz note that if you're staying a week or more, mandatory linen exchange & light housekeeping is weekly by appointment. Other than outdoor weed usage, this is a drug free listing. If you are using or transporting other drugs you will be asked to vacate without a refund. If you are transporting weed without a license, you will be asked to vacate without a refund. Smoking/vaping indoors causes odors that are extremely difficult and expensive to remove. If you break this rule you will be asked to vacate without a refund and billed for odor removal costs.
