The unit also comes with plenty of complimentary treats – chocolates, chips, waters, sodas, ramen packs and breakfast bars. This unit has free street parking. It's super convenient and guests park literally right on the doorstep! Most guests walk, Uber or scooter everywhere as the location is super convenient. Walk of Fame is out the front door to the left - 5 minute walk! Bars, restaurants, dispensaries.. all walking distance! As a local here, if you’re flying in and on the fence about renting a car.. you could just Uber/Lyft from LAX and pick up a rental here after you get settled in. There are both Avis and Budget locations 2 minute walk over on Highland Ave (1 block away). It’s quicker and less expensive to grab a rental here than the airport locations. My co-host Natalia and and I are always available with a quick text or email. Natalia lives locally and is on call 24/7. I live in a separate unit beside this suite. We also run a few more vacation homes on the block so always nearby. Lots of guests comment about the great location. 5 minute walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Runyon Canyon, etc. Basically all the downtown Hollywood attractions are walking distance! Though parking is free, most guests just ride share. Scooters are on every street corner these days. If you picked this unit because of location – it’s a great choice! Transport aside, there are LOTS of things to see and do within a 5 min walk in any direction! I message all incoming guests the day before arrival. Both Natalia and I are pros… we prefer to give guests privacy and therefore don’t meet most guests, but we’ll come running if needed!
