This peaceful, friendly and family-friendly accommodation, in a quiet and green environment, ideally located in the GERS, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, or with friends. Overlooking the beautiful lake of Thoux-Saint Cricq and its nautical activities, 45 minutes from Toulouse and 35 minutes from Auch; in close proximity to typical villages of the Gers, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France (Cologne, Sarrant, Mauvezin...), shops 5 minutes away by car. The space Please note that bed linen AND towels are not provided! Standard size pillows, 220 x 240 duvets. 1 Bed 160 x 200 1 Bed 140 x 200 Our accommodation has been entirely designed to optimize the comfort of our guests: - Occupancy capacity: 4 people, - Two single bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and the other with a 160 bed, baby cot on request. - TV, - high chair, cutlery and children's games, - Wi-Fi, - Washing machine, - Drip or piston coffee maker... - two standing fans - bathroom with shower, accessible to people with reduced mobility. - the octagonal wooden above-ground pool (12 m3 or 4 x 4 meters and 1.20 m deep) is on our side of the garden, it is accessible when we are not there ourselves! - you have access to a garden just for you with garden furniture, parasol, small barbecue... Please note that the accommodation is adjacent to our house, (our house is L-shaped, you have the "small" part of the L: about 66 m2) but totally autonomous with independent gate and entrance door. It is on one level, consisting of a large bright living room with open kitchen. It is fully equipped to allow you to concoct all the delicious flavors of our beautiful region! It is located in a small very quiet hamlet, and we want to preserve this tranquility, both for us who live there and for our neighborhood! That's why NO PARTIES are allowed. Guest access A large part of the garden is dedicated to you with garden furniture - deckchairs, children's games, barbecue, in the shade of the plum tree! We occupy the other part of the garden that is reserved for us; The pool is shared with us but you can access it without problem... when we are not there ourselves! PLEASE NOTE, the pool is an above-ground pool, it is not equipped with a safety system, except for a liftable ladder. Children should be constantly under your supervision to ensure their safety. Other things to note Dear Guests, We hope this accommodation will bring you complete satisfaction. Before confirming your booking, please read the instructions below carefully. 1. CHECK-IN: check-in will be from 5:00 p.m., either with us or independently. In this case, the keys will be retrieved through a secure key box. All access information to the accommodation will be sent to you by us no later than 48 hours before your arrival. 2. CHECK OUT: departures will be before 12:00 p.m. Departures desired BEFORE 9:30 a.m. by guests will also be made independently via the lockbox. 3. HOUSE LINENS such as bed linens and towels are NOT INCLUDED in our rental rates.(Standard size pillows, 220 x 240 duvets. 1 Bed 160 x 200 1 bed 140 x 200) The mattress protector and fitted sheet for the baby bed are nevertheless provided free of charge. For obvious hygiene reasons, it is strictly forbidden to sleep on mattress covers and pillow protectors. Duvets/Blankets and Pillows are provided free of charge by us. Kitchen towel, hand towel and bath mat are provided. 4. CLEANING is your responsibility! We will leave the equipment and cleaning products at your disposal in the accommodation (the €5 cleaning fee is a contribution to the purchase of the products). The accommodation must be returned clean and tidy as when you arrived (disposal of household waste by you). Special attention to cleaning and tidying is required when other guests arrive shortly after and we are away. 5. ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY: this accommodation is equipped to accommodate 4 people MAXIMUM + 1 baby in a crib or baby cot. The number of occupants must match the booking made and the profile registered on AIRBNB. 6. The ACCOMMODATION IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING.
