It does not have cable, but who needs that when you can log in to your favorite streaming services to pick up where you left off! Your mini fridge is stocked with a cold water for each of you and the microwave tucked away in the lower cabinet. The closet stores the Queen size air mattress bed, for those extra few guests meeting up with you! There is plenty of room in the living room for set it. Awake each morning to the beautiful sun, shining through the glass doors! In your quaint bedroom, let down black out curtains to mask the bright star light. Light candles to unwind. Savor the comfort of your memory foam full size mattress with memory foam mattress topper, while having pillow options, memory foam or bamboo! Multiple closets throughout your space. The bedroom single closet is stocked with hangers, drawers, and extra blankets for when you want to feel extra snug. The larger closet holds your Keurig with multiple selection of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa to indulge, while enjoying light breakfast options. Open the hallway closet to your bath towels, hair dyer kit, and grill/ outdoor cooking supplies tote. Think you forgot something, we have you covered. On the back of the toilet, is a decorative box that is fully stocked on all essential amenities and a few extras. The towel rack is hung on the back of the door to help save space! Have work to accomplish or simply an area to do your hair and make up? Our desk set up in the hallway is perfect! Close to outlets, lighting, and a mirror! Also stocked with extra tablets, pens, notebooks, and a charger! If in need of a printer let us know ahead of time and we can provide one! Considering cooking options! Indulge in grilling up your meals on your small, private grill directly on your private porch! Seeking something different or a little more outdoorsy, try your hand at making a tradition camp fire in our fire pit. A table locate close to the fire pit for prep and folding chairs supplied for you. Activities can be requested prior to your arrival. For the summer, bring skates to skate around the driveway, draw with chalk, we can supply corn hole boards. In the winter, we have a large area for you bring your skis to enjoy cross country skiing. We began offering experience options specially to make our guests experience even more memorable! Our driveway is large and goes in a full circle, which is great when traveling with larger vehicles! There is more than enough room for parking when you bring a car, truck, moving van/truck, boat, trailer, or multiple vehicles! Let yourself into your space at your convenience, with your own code to the padlock. Enjoy full private suite access to all areas listed in the space description. Including you own private porch equipped with your own small, private grill and reflexology chairs to recline and relax! Access to 50 acres of woods and yard, only shared with us if we are home. When the apple trees and black berry bushes are ripe, you pick them fresh and indulge in fresh fruit straight off the tree or bush! You may park anywhere in the driveway you are comfortable. We typically do not drive the full circle when leaving, however there is a small pull off to the right of your entrance and many other areas to park. No necessary interaction unless requested, however we will be available by text or call, if needed. Your space is completely private! If you need anything reach out and we will get back to you as soon as we can, even if we are working or out of town. We have high demand jobs and frequently are out of town so we will not be home often during your stay. We love being able to offering flexible check in/out without being home. Take advantage of relaxing in your own space! If you are planning to use the laundry facilities, I will be more than happy to get that set up. Please let me know ahead of time if you would like the iron set out for you! Remember your he detergent, dryer sheets, ect. When staying for a long period of time laundry facilities may be shared. We ask for advanced notices when using the fire pit. If you would like to try you hand at cook over the fire that can be arranged. You may need to bring a few goodies with you! We can point you in the right direction! There is a pavilion next to the fire pits, fully enclosed with mosquito netting and stocked with sunscreen and bug spray. Light breakfast foods, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa will be provided ahead of time in your room. We are happy to have added a queen size air mattress to accommodate more guests. If you prefer this to be set up prior to your arrival, we need advanced notified. Philipsburg is a small town in central Pennsylvania. Our quaint down town has several local shops. A fabulous Aveda salon & spa in town may compliment your visit. Night & Day Salon & Spa offers hair, nails, waxing, massage, body treatments. They also have a daily spa pass to use the facilities including: sauna, steam room, shower, body polish, inhalation room, neck wraps, and many other Aveda products and amenities. We are located close to Black Moshannon State Park, where there are an array of activities. Close access to Rails - to - Trails, Susquehanna River, and Tussey Mountain. Beaver stadium is only about a 30 minute drive. There is not much public transportation is our area. Most areas have cell phone reception for gps use, however we are always more than happy to assist. We love offering a flexible arrival for our wonderful guests, with self check in. Late arrivals are welcome. However after 10pm, our main driveway lights time out. Be mindful it is dark since we are located in the woods where there is no street lights, only the miraculous starlight! We both have higher demand jobs and are frequently out of town, however if you need anything message or call us and we will get back to you as soon as possible! We love offering self check in/ check out since we are typically not home. Our guests are welcome to explore the grounds and backcountry hiking paths, which are not marked. We have no trespassing signs posted on our ground for no hunting. Disregard these signs as you do have our permission to explore! We are happy to start you each with a bottle of fresh cold water in your fridge upon arrival. However our water from the sink is safe to drink. If you prefer bottled water, Weis is the closest place to purchase a gallon or case during your visit. The floor lamps in the living room is secondary lighting. If you would like to use the just plug them in! The knobs are hard to turn, as a convenience for you, we just left the knobs turned on so all you have to do is plug/unplug. If you don’t feel up to moving the table out, grab the folding dinner trays from the closet and enjoying! There are no curtain on the sliding doors in the living room. But there is a switch to turn the outside motion sensor light off by the entry door. The tv does Not have cable, but you can log in to your favorite streaming services. (We do Not supply log ins for stream services.) Turn the bedroom light on for all outlets in the bedroom to activate.
